Best Designs Renovations provides a turn key operation. From design, to selections, through construction we provide a one stop shop experience.

When you hire Best Designs Renovations there will a 5 stage process to turn your dreams to reality.

Initial Meeting-
We meet with you to discuss how you plan to use the space. We will take detailed measurements of your basement. We will answer any questions and offer design ideas.

Second Meeting-
We will present a floor plan with a fixed price proposal. The proposal will include in detail all the services and materials we will use in your basement along with a finish date. With your approval a contract to construct your basement is signed.

Selections-
We will provide you with a selection sheet listing all items that need to select with allowances from your proposal. You will also receive a supplier sheet. This lists showrooms we have relationships with where you will be able to select you items.

Expert Construction & Management-
With our expert craftsmen and certified technicians we will bring your dreams to reality. We pull all necessary permits for the job, and all are technicians are licensed and insured with no exception. Upon completion we will walk through with you to ensure that every detail is up to your standards as well as answer any questions.
